Job description
A Hong Kong-based role reporting to Regional Head of Institutional & Product Marketing to drive marketing strategies for the institutional segment to help achieve its business growth:
- Undertake planning, development and management of all marketing strategies aimed at acquiring business from new and existing institutional clients in Hong Kong & mainland China
- Plan and execute campaigns utilising traditional media, social and digital media, website, events, partnerships, collaterals, etc. to raise the profile of the bank's AM amongst institutional clients
- Manage, track and report the costs, efficiencies and ROI of marketing activities
- Track and analyse competitors’ activities as well as industry trends with the aim of enriching AM’s marketing proposition
- Work closely with the institutional sales team to understand and fulfil client needs
- Establish collaborative relationships with various internal stakeholders including - Investments, Compliance, Product Marketing, Marketing Delivery, Product Development etc. to ensure marketing activities are delivered in a smooth and timely manner
- Build relationships with group businesses to facilitate collaborative marketing efforts and aid the Institutional Business in achieving its objectives
- Partner with the Communications Team to identify and leverage external and internal publicity opportunities
- Manage external vendors such as creative agencies, media planners, production houses and event organisers
- Ensure Global Standards, core process and procedures are followed and monitored, and global and local compliance and audit requirements are fully met
- Project manage to ensure marketing activities are delivered in an accurate and timely fashion
