- Provide professional broking services for a corporate account portfolio
- Secure client retention and develop new business opportunities
- Deliver exceptional client service in policy administration and insurance programs
- Achieve budget and profit targets by negotiating optimal terms with insurers
- Manage full lifecycle of client insurance programs from negotiation to administration
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and insurers to drive revenue growth
- Conduct client and underwriter presentations, meetings, and surveys
- Offer technical guidance to team members and ensure policy compliance
- Potential for Account Manager role for less experienced candidates
- Degree in Insurance or related field; ACII/ANZIIF qualifications preferred
- 8+ years in general insurance (Property & Casualty, Liability, Compensation, Motor, Construction, Health)
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, innovative approach with robust market knowledge
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
