Aidan has over 20 years experience in Financial Services in Asia in Investment Banks (Morgan Stanley, Macquarie & Citigroup) and Market Data Vendors (Bloomberg, Thompson and Sungard) in Hong Kong, Singapore and Tokyo.
During his career Aidan has led teams within Production Support, Development and more recently Risk Management including Internal Audit, In Business E-Trading Risk Management and Operational Risk.
Aidan currently runs Bluemont's Financial Services / Banking practice and his experience allows him to understand client's hiring objectives quickly and seek out the right candidates for each role as well as being able to identify the outperformers who will excel in the role in question.
The practice covers contract and permanent roles and Aidan has been successful in placing candidates in middle and back office as well as in business front office support roles within the Markets, Private Bank and broader ICG businesses across all asset classes. Bluemont also sources broader Fintech Industry roles and those within Financial Services Vendors in support of Banks (see prior section).
