Tom is a hands-on recruitment leader with 15 years’ specialist experience across the United Kingdom, Australia and Asia, with a deep focus on the Insurance sector.
After relocating to Hong Kong in 2016 and building high-performing operations for Stirling Andersen, he completed a management buyout in 2018 to establish Bluemont Consulting. Tom now leads Bluemont’s Hong Kong business while remaining fully active on the desk, personally delivering senior and critical hires across the Insurance industry.
Known for his direct, honest, and practical approach, Tom has built an extensive network and a track record of successful placements at both the local and regional levels across every market he has operated in.
