Account Manager (General Insurance - Mixed Lines)

Key Responsibilities: You'll manage and grow a diverse portfolio of medium to corporate accounts, while working closely with our regional teams to deliver exceptional service. Your role will involve:
  • Managing client relationships and identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts
  • Focus on excellent client servicing while collaborating with the Business Development team to onboard and develop new accounts
  • Leading the renewal process from pre-renewal through to payment completion
  • Negotiating terms, benefits, and pricing while owning proposal development and execution
  • Participating in quarterly reviews and key stakeholder meetings
  • Providing leadership and support to team members on complex policy queries
  • Coordinating with regional offices to maintain service excellence
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Property/Casualty or Travel/Individual insurance lines
  • Proven track record in client relationship management and strategic planning
  • Strong negotiation skills and commercial acumen
  • Thai national with good English communication skills
  • Willingness to expand knowledge in General Insurance
  • Demonstrated ability to drive strategic initiatives and understand complex client needs
