Claims Officer / Senior Executive – General Insurance (Property & Casualty)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of complex property and casualty claims and ensure timely and accurate processing across Asia (Regional role)
  • Coordinate the processing and settlement of claims according to established protocols
  • Provide guidance and support to the claims team in processing property and casualty claims
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including policyholders, brokers, adjusters, and attorneys
  • Investigate and evaluate property and casualty claims to determine coverage and liability
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and regulatory requirements
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to claims processing and settlement
  • Participate in developing and implementing project strategies and initiatives
  • Maintain accurate claims records and prepare reports as needed
Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in claims management in the General Insurance Industry, regional exposure is advantageous
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered for Claims Executive
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of relevant property and casualty laws, regulations, and industry standards
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and claims management software
