Senior Account Executive – General Insurance (Corporate Clients)

A leading insurance brokerage firm in Hong Kong is currently seeking motivated professionals who are passionate about building a long-term career in the insurance industry and ready to take on new challenges.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Report directly to the Director of International Business for servicing corporate accounts in general insurance.
  • Deliver high-quality service to clients, including responding to enquiries, preparing quotations or proposals, and providing after-sales support.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and insurers.
  • Demonstrate a willingness to learn and the ability to work independently with a self-driven attitude.
Job Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the general insurance industry; experience in financial lines is a plus. Candidates with less experience may be considered for the role of Account Executive.
  • Diploma or above, preferably in risk management, insurance, or related fields.
  • Progress toward professional insurance qualifications (e.g., CII, ANZIIF) is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong communication skills in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
  • Outgoing personality with a positive, sociable attitude.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work independently.
