Title: Bank Mobile App BA-PMRole: 3 months (urgent)Salary: up to HKD50,000 monthly depending on experience Job Description Summary - Purpose is to gather requirements from business and programme in relation to the creation of a training prototype of the new banking app
- This will include identifying key differences between legacy app and to be state, understanding key customer pain points and understanding storage landscape within the impacted markets
- From a design perspective individual will need to take those requirements and translate them into design wire frames using a test profile app and ultimately create interactive figmas that can be used by front line colleagues to support customers
- Initial ask is for MVP to support Singapore roll-out this year but working with programme resources to determine how to scale for subsequent roll-outs
- Initial 8-12 week sprint, so the quicker we onboard the better we can do.
