Assistant Talent Acquisition Manager (12M Contract) to HKD40K pm
Title: Assistant Talent Acquisition ManagerDuration: 12-month contract Salary: up to HKD40,000 per month depending on experience
Looking for a solid AM recruiter with following requirement: - Strong in direct sourcing via LinkedIn / database search; less reliance on agency
- Used to handle large volume hiring, i.e. around 20 offers per month.
- Strong negotiator and able to sell the job opportunity from multiple angles, e.g. fringe benefits, career development, brand etc; not just compete on salary package
- Able to push back business diplomatically; not an order taker
- Project experience, e.g. hold recruitment talk and being the MC, recruitment marketing video shooting / social media campaign
Principal responsibilities - Work closely with line managers to identify the resourcing needs and develop feasible and effective recruitment strategies
- Review and streamline end to end recruitment process for various positions to enhance productivity and work efficiency
- Use effective sourcing channels to attract talents and manage external vendors for quality services
- Engage in employer branding proposition to attract potential hires
- Ensure the recruitment process follows banking regulations and requirement
- Assist in developing ad hoc recruitment projects
Requirements - Proven experience in interview selection and effective use of sourcing channels to attract talents
- Experience in direct sourcing and handling of volume hires are preferrable
- Able to work responsibly and attentive to details
- Can communicate effectively and able to engage and influence stakeholders
- Has the ability to embrace changes, overcome challenges
- Has a great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service process
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese
- Degree in Human Resources Management or General Management
