Position Overview:As Human Resources Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing the HR function and acting as a strategic business partner to senior leadership. This role requires strong experience in compensation and salary review discussions, including negotiation, ideally within the insurance or broader financial services sector.
Responsibilities: - Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions, including talent acquisition, performance management, compensation & benefits, employee engagement, and learning & development
- Lead salary review cycles and conduct detailed compensation discussions with employees, ensuring transparency, fairness, and alignment with business objectives
- Manage both expatriate and local employment matters, including mobility, relocation, and work permit administration
- Partner closely with business leaders to understand workforce needs and deliver pragmatic HR solutions that support organizational goals
- Support and promote a positive workplace culture that values diversity, inclusion, engagement, and professional development
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5 years' experience in an HR management or senior HR generalist role
- Strong understanding of compensation frameworks, salary benchmarking, and reward principles
- Practical, hands-on approach with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build credibility at senior levels
- Prior experience in the insurance or financial services sector is strongly preferred
- SHRM certification is an advantage
