Assistant Business Analyst Product Manager (12M Contract) to HKD38K pm
Title: Assistant Business Analyst Product ManagerDuration: 12-month contract Salary: up to HKD 38,000 per month (depending on experience)
Role Requirements: - Accountable for business requirements preparation for respective project delivery in digital banking, including digital channels such as mobile apps, internet banking, public websites
- Assisting managers to generate ideas by going through customer/market research, competitor analysis, Design Thinking process and business justification (e.g. customer journey mapping)
- Creating business epics and user stories with robust acceptance criteria in committed timescales, incorporating data-driven insights from user behaviour and market trends
- Acting as a key team member in managing development of digital products under respective business disciplines, with a focus on unsecured lending (personal loan and card loan)
- Ensuring digital deliverables can meet expected user requirements and are fit for purpose to release to customers by supporting in-sprint, pre-release UAT,live test and production health check after launch
- Facilitating collaboration with specialists such as UX Design, Engineering, Solution Architecture and Quality Assurance across sprints to optimise end-to-end user experience
- Responsible for in-depth impact analysis and technical feasibility study of customer journeys to support Front-end & Back-end solution design
- Producing and optimizing content of specific product across Mobile, Internet Banking, Public Website and Digital Messaging to improve online experiences and drive user engagement
- Monitoring funnel performance (e.g. conversion, drop-offs), performing regular data analytics, providing insights on trends, and continuously enhance user experience with data-driven optimization suggestions
