- Subject to business needs and candidate exposure, successful candidates will be assigned to Fund Services
Principal responsibilities - Perform Unit Trust, Hedge Fund & Private Equity processing accurately and meeting tight timelines
- Manage exceptions, discrepancies and irregularities
- Timely escalation of exceptions for management awareness
- Participate in business initiatives/projects, e.g. user requirements, data analysis, UAT, post-support
- Complete ad-hoc tasks and/or assignments
- Maintain effective communication with stakeholders
Requirements - Good knowledge of funds products
- Exposure of Fund Services operations is an advantage
- Experience in manual participation over high transaction volume within tight processing window is an advantage
- Strong numerical skills and computer knowledge
- Strong excel and word skills as advantages
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
