Title: CRM Data Analytics Manager
Duration: 12-month contract (renewable)
Salary: up to HKD 35,000 per month (depending on experience)

 
We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Data Analytics and Technical Specialist.
 
 
Principal Responsibilities:

• Develop the dashboard to report data quality check and monitor operational efficiency
• Ensure timely and quality analytics deliverables & enhancement to satisfy business needs effectively under the dynamic business environment
• Prepare data & Analysis for fraud operational optimization and development
• Work together with team members to develop programs to automate the process and implement operational strategies and analysis
• Highly sensitive to state of business and anticipate business problems and priorities
• Testing the Data Load and data UAT

 
Requirements:

• University degree in in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems or other related discipline
• Minimum 4 years' working experience in analytics and system development,
• Extensive experience and skill in mining massive volume of data for quick insight discovery
• Require experience in Programming Language: Python, BigQuery SQL, SAS
• Knowledge in Platform or Tool: GCP, Feedzai, BigQuery, Tableau, Qlik sense. Looker Studio is an advantage
• Effective communication, interpersonal, organizational, problem solving, presentation skill
• Great sense of ownership and servicing mind-set to ensure efficient and effective customer service delivery
• Having CAN DO behavior
