Senior Manager, Distribution – Employee Benefits (Asia)

A senior distribution strategy role reporting to the Chief Distribution and Marketing Officer, responsible for designing and executing broker-focused sales strategies, incentive schemes, and promotional campaigns to drive new business growth. The position leverages market intelligence and internal data to shape product propositions, strengthen broker relationships, and enhance end-to-end sales operations in line with the Target Operating Model

8+ years’ experience in Life distribution strategy or broker distribution management, with strong analytical capabilities, sales and marketing mindset, and the ability to collaborate across Sales, Marketing, and Operations. Fluent English and Chinese required; Excel and PowerPoint proficiency essential

Compensation:
Approx. HKD 70-80,000 + per month (flexible for standout profiles)

Account Manager – Hong Kong

Manage and service a portfolio of corporate clients across medical and group life schemes, overseeing renewals, market negotiations, claims coordination, and day-to-day advisory support. Acting as the key point of contact, this role requires close collaboration with clients, insurers, and internal teams to ensure smooth policy administration and long-term relationship management.

Employee Benefits professionals with solid experience handling corporate accounts, comfortable leading renewals and insurer negotiations, and confident in client-facing communication. Strong organisation skills and good product knowledge across medical and group life are essential.

Compensation:
HKD 30,000–45,000 per month

Business Development Manager – Employee Benefits

Join a well-established international brokerage focused on expanding its EB footprint across Hong Kong and selected APAC markets. The role combines new client acquisition, benefits consulting, and solution design, including flexible and wellness-oriented programs.

Sales-driven EB professionals with IIQE Papers 1–3, confident client-facing presence, and a structured approach to pipeline development.

Compensation:
Circa HKD 40,000 per month plus performance-linked incentives

Client Relationship Manager – Group Medical / Employee Benefits

A service-focused role managing an existing portfolio of SME and corporate clients, with responsibility for renewals, reporting, and ongoing relationship management — no cold sales or hunting requirements.

Detail-oriented account managers with prior group medical or EB servicing experience and a strong client-care mindset.

Compensation:
HKD 35,000–50,000 per month depending on experience

Life & Health Underwriter

Assess and underwrite individual and group life and health insurance applications in line with company guidelines, evaluating medical, financial, and occupational risks to support sustainable portfolio growth. This role works closely with distribution teams, brokers, and reinsurers, providing technical guidance while balancing risk management and commercial objectives.

Life and Health underwriting professionals with experience in medical and financial risk assessment, strong technical judgement, and familiarity with reinsurance and compliance frameworks. Detail-oriented, commercially aware, and confident communicating underwriting decisions to stakeholders.

Compensation:
Typically HKD 35,000–70,000 per month depending on seniority and scope.

Employee Benefits Sales Support Executive

Provide analytical and administrative support to senior consultants and sales teams, including proposal preparation, benefit comparisons, and presentation materials. Close collaboration with internal stakeholders and insurers is central to this role.

Early-career insurance professionals with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, good product awareness, and a high level of accuracy and organisation.

Compensation:
HKD 25,000–30,000 per month
