Manager – Distribution (Employee Benefits & Group Life)
A strategic distribution role within an insurance company in Hong Kong, focused on driving business growth across Employee Benefits and Group Life through broker channels.
Responsibilities include developing sales strategies, broker campaigns and incentive schemes, strengthening broker relationships, supporting product development and improving sales processes.
The role suits candidates with 5+ years of experience in insurance distribution, sales strategy or broker management, with strong analytical and stakeholder management skills. Fluent English and Chinese required.
Compensation:
Up to HKD 50,000 per month + bonus
Vice President, Business Development (Employee Benefits)
This is a senior Team Leader, Business Development role within a leading international insurance broker’s corporate solutions team in Hong Kong, focused on driving growth across the local corporate segment.
The role is highly commercial, centred on originating and converting new business from mid-to-large corporate clients, while working closely with internal stakeholders to deliver tailored insurance and Employee Benefits solutions.
Less experienced candidates will be considered for AVP, Business Development level.
Compensation:
Approx. HKD 70,000–85,000 per month + bonus (flexible for standout profiles)
Senior Account Manager – Employee Benefits (IPMI)
Join an established Employee Benefits team managing a portfolio of corporate clients across IPMI and Employee Benefits. The role is focused on client servicing, renewal management and developing an existing book of business, while identifying opportunities to expand relationships through upselling, cross-selling and new client engagement.
Responsibilities include advising corporate clients on their Employee Benefits programmes, negotiating renewal terms with insurers, coordinating placements, and analysing claims and utilisation data to provide meaningful recommendations. Clear path to Team Lead for aspiring managers.
Compensation:
HKD 50-60,000 per month + Bonus
Account Manager – General Insurance
Manage and service a portfolio of corporate clients across multiple General Insurance lines, overseeing renewals, market negotiations, claims coordination and day-to-day advisory support.
Acting as the key point of contact, this role requires close collaboration with clients, insurers and internal teams to ensure smooth policy administration and long-term relationship management.
The position suits General Insurance professionals with solid experience managing corporate accounts across mixed lines, including Property & Casualty, Liability and Financial Lines. Strong client servicing, negotiation and relationship management skills are essential.
Compensation:
HKD 30,000–40,000 per month + bonus
