Vice President, Business Development (Employee Benefits)

This is a senior Team Leader, Business Development role within a leading international insurance broker’s corporate solutions team in Hong Kong, focused on driving growth across the local corporate segment. The role is highly commercial, centred on originating and converting new business from mid-to-large corporate clients, while working closely with internal stakeholders to deliver tailored insurance and employee benefits solutions.

Alongside individual production, the role includes leadership responsibility for managing and mentoring a small team of business development brokers. It suits a commercially driven individual with a strong track record in insurance broking or employee benefits, a well-established corporate network in Hong Kong, and a hands-on approach to winning and leading business.

Compensation:
Approx. HKD 70-80,000 + bonus (flexible for standout profiles)
  
Account Manager - Insurance company
  
This role is a Business Development Manager position within a global insurance company’s Employee Benefits business, focused on driving new business growth through the broker channel while managing a portfolio of corporate clients. It involves leading the full sales cycle—from prospecting and pitching through to conversion—while also overseeing renewals for large corporate accounts and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with both brokers and clients.

The role requires close collaboration with broker partners and internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and ensure high service standards. It combines revenue generation with account management responsibilities, suiting a commercially driven individual who can effectively manage broker relationships while winning, retaining, and growing corporate business.
 
Compensation:
Upto HKD 50,000 per month + bonus

Account Manager – Insurance Broker 

Manage and service a portfolio of corporate clients across medical and group life schemes, overseeing renewals, market negotiations, claims coordination, and day-to-day advisory support. Acting as the key point of contact, this role requires close collaboration with clients, insurers, and internal teams to ensure smooth policy administration and long-term relationship management.

Employee Benefits professionals with solid experience handling corporate accounts, comfortable leading renewals and insurer negotiations, and confident in client-facing communication. Strong organisation skills and good product knowledge across medical and group life are essential.

Compensation:
HKD 30,000–45,000 per month + bonus

Business Development Manager – Insurance Broker

Join a well-established international brokerage focused on expanding its EB footprint across Hong Kong and selected APAC markets. The role combines new client acquisition, benefits consulting, and solution design, including flexible and wellness-oriented programs.

Sales-driven EB professionals with IIQE Papers 1–3, confident client-facing presence, and a structured approach to pipeline development.

Compensation:
Circa HKD 40,000-60,000 per month plus performance-linked incentives

Client Relationship Manager – Group Medical / Employee Benefits

A service-focused role managing an existing portfolio of SME and corporate clients, with responsibility for renewals, reporting, and ongoing relationship management — no cold sales or hunting requirements.

Detail-oriented account managers with prior group medical or EB servicing experience and a strong client-care mindset.

Compensation:
HKD 35,000–50,000 per month, depending on experience
