Indexes Change Execution Manager (12M Contract) to HKD55K pm
Title: Indexes Change Execution Manager Duration: 12 Months Salary: to 55K per month (depending on experience)

Role and Responsibilities - Take ownership of end-to-end delivery for transformation projects within Hang Seng Indexes, ensuring initiatives are executed on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
- Lead comprehensive process reviews, mapping current ("as-is") and target ("to-be") states to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for optimisation.
- Develop and implement robust process improvement strategies, leveraging automation and best practices to drive operational excellence and risk mitigation.
- Present actionable recommendations to senior stakeholders, building consensus and securing buy-in for transformation roadmaps.
- Engage with internal stakeholders to ensure business requirements are translated into robust system/data specifications and design options.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT), follow up on defects with development teams, and ensure solutions meet acceptance criteria.
- Document and manage risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring compliance with Hang Seng Indexes' and regulatory standards.
- Support portfolio management activities by tracking and reporting on the status, risks, and dependencies of multiple index projects and initiatives.
- Assist in prioritising projects within the index portfolio to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and optimal resource allocation.
Requirements - University graduate in related disciplines or other relevant qualifications.
- Minimum 5 years of banking experience, preferably with knowledge of business banking products and bank operations. Knowledge in wealth / digital transformation / customer journey / technology enablement will be an advantage.
- Previous experience as a project manager in medium-to-large scale projects will be a plus.
