Senior Manager, PMO

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will be leading organizational changes and managing enterprise level key projects to deliver strategic goals and enable performance excellence.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and manage performance measurement frameworks to track effectiveness across technology and operations, including expense monitoring and service delivery.
  • Lead coordination with cross-functional units and functions for project status reporting, project prioritization, risk management, issue resolution, re-engineer and lead process and system improvement initiatives with key stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain project governance frameworks, ensuring clear direction on prioritization and resource allocation.
  • Maintain compliance with applicable regulations and internal policies across multiple jurisdictions; ensure strong controls, documentation, and audit readiness; monitor regulatory developments and update procedures and training as needed.
  • Translate complex technology processes and operational data into clear, concise executive briefs, dashboards, and presentations.
  • Implement global initiative to local level and involve in process change and transformation.
What we are looking for
  • 10+ years or more in relevant insurance/reinsurance/consultancy experience, with minimal of 7+years of insurance PMO and Business Transformation experience being essential.
  • University degree qualification, preference on Business, Finance, or equivalent subjects.
  • Professional Qualification similar to PMP, Prince2, P3O, APM PMF, CSM/PSM, CAPM are advantageous.
  • Excellent managerial, project management, communications, analytical, problem solving, planning and organization skills
  • Fluent command of English. Mandarin and/or Cantonese proficiency would be advantageous.
  • Demonstrated ability to contribute effectively within a high-performance team.
  • Excellent influencing, negotiation, and presentation skills would be advantageous.
