Bluemont is supporting a leading international insurance broker on a key senior hire within their corporate solutions business in Hong Kong. This is a high-impact Business Development role focused on driving growth across the local corporate segment.
This position sits above existing BD hires in the team and offers the opportunity to take on a leadership role in scaling a high-performing function.
The Role - Drive new business development across corporate clients in Hong Kong
- Build and convert a strong pipeline of mid-to-large corporate accounts
- Act as a senior member of the team, contributing to overall growth strategy
- Lead and mentor junior BD professionals (2 direct reports initially)
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to deliver tailored client solutions
Team & Structure - Reports directly to the team lead
- Team capacity of 5–6
- Opportunity to play a key role in shaping team direction and performance
Requirements - Proven track record in business development within insurance broking or employee benefits
- Strong network and experience working with corporate clients in Hong Kong
- Prior team management or mentoring experience preferred
- Commercially driven, with a hands-on approach to winning business
