Procurement Operation Manager (12M Contract) to HKD40K pm
Title: Assistant Procurement Operation Manager Duration: 12 months Salary: HKD30K - 40K per month (depending on experience) - Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Immediate availability is highly desirable.
Job Responsibilities: - Assist Senior Procurement Operation Manager to provide administrative support in the overall Source-to-Payment processes in compliance with Procurement Policies and Procedures.
- Act as primary representative to liaise internal parties for procurement operational, risks and controls related matters.
- Prepare the required KPI or performance on procurement operation and manage accurate procurement operations related records, documentations and reporting as required.
- Oversight and support the procurement control and governance activities.
- Perform any other duties as assigned.
Requirement: - Degree in Finance, Accounting or, in related discipline
- Experience in Procurement Operations with supervisory role to lead the team and projects
- Experience in Finance Control, Finance Reporting Risk, Accounts Payable or other controls and risks in non-financial aspects is preferable
- Experience in banking industry is preferable
- Diplomatic and effective communication skills, with strong collaboration abilities and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in using Oracle Fusion, Coupa, advanced MS Excel, and PowerPoint are advantage
- Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Immediate availability is highly desirable.
