Business Analytics Manager (12M Contract) to HKD40K pm
Title: Business Analytics Manager Duration: 12 months Salary: HKD40,000 per month (depending on experience) - Chinese language requirement
Principal responsibilities - Participate in the testing and implementation of project launch
- Work closely with various stakeholders, including business users, operations and IT, to ensure effective project communication
- Support ad-hoc data analytics and regular reporting and datamart development
- Support on all related business analytics requests
Requirements - University graduate with at least 5-year experience in business analysis and project management experience, preferably with knowledge in in financial institutions or data analytics
- Hands-on experience of Python, SQL, or Excel VBA
- Experience in data analysis, database management, software engineering, and system development are advantages
- Strong commitment in taking new challenges, self-motivation and creativity
- Good communication, analytical and project management skills
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese
- Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
