Digital Business Analyst (12M Contract) to HKD45K pm
Title: Digital Business AnalystDuration: 12-month contract Salary: up to HKD 45,000 per month (depending on experience) ** Chinese language required (Cantonese/Mandarin) Principle Responsibilities - Analyse digital business requirements, translate them into clear user stories, clarify process logic, and ensure all system functionalities comply with the bank's risk management framework.
- Support the optimisation and validation of digital business rules, collaborating closely with stakeholders to facilitate functional testing and business validation.
- Maintain comprehensive requirement documentation, manage user story development, track project implementation milestones, and evaluate the effectiveness of digital solution deployments.
- Drive effective communication across departments and teams, proactively collecting, monitoring, analysing, and resolving business issues encountered during system development and after deployment.
Qualifications - At least 2 years of BA/QA working experience in digital projects in banking industry
- Familiar with using JIRA / Confluence for project documentation & delivery
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese
- Strong communication and attention to detail
