CRM AI Data Analytics Manager (2x 12M Contract) to HKD55K pm

Title: CRM Data Analytics Manager (AI Product Manager)
Duration: 12-month contract
Salary: up to HKD 55,000 per month (depending on experience)
  • Chinese language required (Cantonese/Mandarin)
We are currently seeking high caliber professionals to join our department as Manager Data Analytics and CRM (AI Product Manager)
 
Principal Responsibilities:
  • Define the end-to-end vision and roadmap for AI products aligned with the bank's strategic objectives and customer/advisor needs
  • Cross-Functional orchestrator between non-technical stakeholders (compliance, business, front-office leads) and technical teams (data scientists, AI engineers, UX designers)
  • Develop and maintain Product Requirements Documents (PRDs), and support rapid prototype/PoC development to facilitate solution architecture design
  • Establish and track KPIs (e.g., model accuracy, ROI) to continuously measure, evaluate, and scale successful AI prototypes into enterprise-wide deployments
  • Highly sensitive to state of business and anticipative of business problems and priorities
  • Ensure timely and quality analytics deliverables to satisfy business needs effectively under the dynamic business environment
  • Collaborate with different teams to ensure the successful implementation of AI solutions with well-defined performance measurement
  • Sharing knowledge and good practice, working collaboratively with different parties to create a productive, diverse and supportive working environment
  • Adhere to bank policy, procedures and control requirements applicable to day-to-day working, exceptional and project activities
Requirements:
  • University degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Business or other related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years in product management, data analytics or technical roles, ideally within financial services, fintech, or data-intensive technology platforms
  • Understanding of AI model architectures (Large Language Models, NLP) and frameworks like RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and vector databases
  • In depth knowledge and experience with machine learning/AI techniques and algorithms
  • Familiar with the collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma)
  • Exceptional storytelling, stakeholder management, and the ability to drive alignment under ambiguous circumstances
  • Great sense of ownership and servicing mind-set to ensure efficient and effective customer service delivery
