Job Details - Lead comprehensive process reviews and reengineer the customer onboarding process flow to identify and implement streamlining opportunities, enhancing the overall customer experience.
- Drive end-to-end project delivery for New to Bank process improvement initiatives, ensuring timely and effective execution.
- Perform workflow analysis across other operational processes to identify further improvement areas and support operational efficiency.
- Oversee governance activities and collaborate closely with Operations to ensure service delivery aligns with business expectations and standards.
- Produce and manage management information (MI), regular updates to Regional and Group offices, and prepare management reports, presentations, papers, and periodic updates for the senior management.
