Digital Delivery Manager (12M Contract) to HKD40K pm
Title: Digital Delivery ManagerDuration: 12-month contract Salary: up to HKD 40,000 per month (depending on experience) ** Chinese language required (Cantonese/Mandarin) 5 years of relevant experience is desirable while 3 years will be the minimum
Principal responsibilities - Plan and govern delivery: define scope, milestones, delivery approach (Agile/Hybrid), RAID, dependencies, and delivery metrics; maintain delivery plans and status reporting.
- Lead cross-functional squads (engineering, product, UX, data, operations, risk/compliance) to deliver at pace, removing blockers and driving decisions.
- Manage stakeholders and communications: run steering updates, set expectations, negotiate trade-offs (scope/time/cost), and ensure transparency on progress and risks.
- Manage project life cycle including preparation of user requirements and product papers, collaboration with internal and external partners for the delivery of the projects including but not limited to UAT, training, execution of marketing campaigns and production support.
- Work closely with stakeholders including product owners, marketing, legal, compliance, contact center teams, frontline staffs, technical teams and external vendors to drive digital KPI, including design and execute targeted up-sell/cross-sell strategy/campaign in omni-channel platforms
- Gather, report and present digital platform usage analysis, and market intelligence
- Provide training, coaching, ongoing support and communication sessions to colleagues and customers on new digital products, services and policies
- Analyze latest market data in banking and financial industry/channel statistics to derive fit for purpose digital solution and customer journey
- Compile reports and presentation materials on research findings and recommendations
- Take personal ownership of the customer digital experience, and ensure all team members take personal responsibility for managing their digital customers' relationship with local and global stakeholders
