Summary
Deliver efficient and high quality (i) secretarial support to a Management Executive and administrative support to team members- Manage diaries and arrange meeting and interview logistics, assist Management Executives on external conference/seminar registration
Secretarial support:
- Coordinate and organise departmental meetings and conference calls including agendas and minutes where required etc.
- Coordinate and work with other secretaries/ assistants across the Bank
- Perform departmental and shared administration roles including ordering of stationery and equipment, liaison with internal and external stakeholders e.g. internal procurement team and external vendors
- Make business travel arrangements, liaise with travel agencies and service providers
- Coordinate team activities, events, meetings
- Arrange on/off-boarding of new joiners / leavers
- Arrange expenses claims
- Diploma Holder or above, Degree holder preferred
- Relevant solid experience in sizable organisations, experience in financial services will be an advantage
- Thorough attention to details, strong organisational skills with ability to work independently and under pressure
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to accommodate personal styles to different situations
- Good analytical and problem solving ability
- Positive attitude with great sense of ownership and responsibility
- Team player and demonstrate high levels of emotional intelligence
- Proficiency in Microsoft office applications
