Assistant Client Manager (12M Contract) to HKD28K pm

Role: Administrative Assistance
Duration: 1-year
Salary: HKD28,000 (depending on experience)
 
Summary
Deliver efficient and high quality (i) secretarial support to a Management Executive and administrative support to team members- Manage diaries and arrange meeting and interview logistics, assist Management Executives on external conference/seminar registration
 
Secretarial support:
  • Coordinate and organise departmental meetings and conference calls including agendas and minutes where required etc.
  • Coordinate and work with other secretaries/ assistants across the Bank
Administrative support:
  • Perform departmental and shared administration roles including ordering of stationery and equipment, liaison with internal and external stakeholders e.g. internal procurement team and external vendors
  • Make business travel arrangements, liaise with travel agencies and service providers
  • Coordinate team activities, events, meetings
  • Arrange on/off-boarding of new joiners / leavers
  • Arrange expenses claims
Requirements:
  • Diploma Holder or above, Degree holder preferred
  • Relevant solid experience in sizable organisations, experience in financial services will be an advantage
  • Thorough attention to details, strong organisational skills with ability to work independently and under pressure
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to accommodate personal styles to different situations
  • Good analytical and problem solving ability
  • Positive attitude with great sense of ownership and responsibility
  • Team player and demonstrate high levels of emotional intelligence
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office applications
