Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Lead Field Sales Executive to drive strategic growth initiatives in Thailand. This high-impact role is responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, managing key enterprise accounts, and cultivating long-term client relationships across sectors including Asset Management, Wealth, Insurance, and Pension. The ideal candidate will possess deep industry knowledge, a strong network, and a proven track record in solution-based sales. Role reports to Regional Sales Director / Head of Sales
What You Will Get To Do:
- New Business Development: Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities across software products, SaaS platforms, and BPO services.
- Client Engagement: Establish and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers within large Thailand enterprises.
- Strategic Relationship Management: Foster long-term partnerships with stakeholders, including COOs, Heads of Operations, Product Teams, and Procurement.
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement go-to-market strategies, territory plans, and account management frameworks to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- RFP/RFI Management: Lead the response process for RFPs and RFIs in collaboration with bid management and solutioning teams.
- Solution Selling: Work closely with pre-sales, delivery, and product teams to design and present customized solutions aligned with client needs.
- Pipeline & CRM Management: Maintain a robust and accurate sales pipeline using CRM tools such as Go-Check and HubSpot.
- Market Intelligence & Insight: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments to inform sales strategies and product positioning.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior sales team members and contribute to building a high-performance sales culture within the region.
- Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years' experience in high-value solution sales, preferably within the Financial Services industry.
- Proven expertise in Transfer Agency and the application of investment management knowledge to software solutions.
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding revenue quotas in a solution sales environment.
- Strong understanding of financial markets and the Thailand regulatory landscape for Asset Managers.
- Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing complex sales cycles independently.
- Established network within the Thailand enterprise sector.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed organization and collaborate across geographies.
- Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English.
