Salary: HKD $45,000 month (depending on experience)
Duration: Until 31 Dec 2025
Principal Responsibilities
- Manage the collection, collation and processing of project information from stakeholders.
- Capture, analyse, design and document business process (including IT processes).
- Design solutions or change interventions.
- Manage change activities which can include diverse tasks such as timeline planning to stakeholder engagement.
- Manage the tracking and documenting progress and manage status reporting.
- Assist in the implementation of the business plan.
- Track statuses of project deliverables and milestones including risk and issue monitoring and co-ordination.
- Provide management support to the Project Manager - supporting activities planning – and support with governance maintenance - producing management reports, progress consolidation, status report, etc.
- Compliance with external regulatory requirements, internal control standards and group compliance policy.
- Develop a good level of understanding of the appropriate business systems of the Group.
Requirements - University graduate with a degree or equivalent qualification in Business Administration or a related discipline
- Strong analytical capabilities and learning ability, can quickly adapt to deal with new disciplines/projects and dig deeper into relevant business and IT knowledge.
- Strong communication skills and presentation skills with good command of spoken and written English.
- Excellent in multitasking and prioritization - able to work proactively, independently and under pressure against multiple deadlines.
- Knowledge in financial product valuation and portfolio analysis is a plus.
