Duration: 6 months
Salary: HKD 21.5K per month (depending on abilities)
We are currently looking for a highly skilled professional to join our department as Data Analytics and CRM Analyst (Content Management)
Principal Responsibilities:
- Develop and configure digital content across various platforms, such as email, SMS, MMS, Push Notifications, WhatsApp;
- Utilize workflow management systems to collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure content is delivered on time and meets specific requirements;
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (IT, decisioning) to align project objectives, expectations, and deliverables;
- Conduct testing and reviews prior system launching to ensure compatibility and performance;
- Create reports on project status, including challenges and success, to communicate with stakeholders;
- Leverage insights gained form data to suggest enhancements or innovations in content strategies and project workflows.
- Bachelor's degree in Digital Media, Data and Information Management, Computer Science or related field;
- Minimum 2 years' retail banking experience in digital messaging, data analytics or project coordination;
- Detail-oriented and strong emphasis on quality and accuracy;
- Strong focus on simplicity over complexity when communicating and translating briefs into technical specification;
- Extremely client-oriented, with a positive attitude; able to negotiate effectively, communicate at all levels and able to work well under pressure;
- Strong knowledge and experience of digital technologies is preferred, such as SFMC, AEM, HTML5, CSS
