Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of complex property and casualty claims and ensure timely and accurate processing across Asia (Regional role)
- Coordinate the processing and settlement of claims according to established protocols
- Provide guidance and support to the claims team in processing property and casualty claims
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including policyholders, brokers, adjusters, and attorneys
- Investigate and evaluate property and casualty claims to determine coverage and liability
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and regulatory requirements
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to claims processing and settlement
- Participate in developing and implementing project strategies and initiatives
- Maintain accurate claims records and prepare reports as needed
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in claims management in the General Insurance Industry, regional exposure is advantageous
- Candidates with less experience will be considered for Claims Executive
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of relevant property and casualty laws, regulations, and industry standards
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and claims management software
