The purpose of this role is to be responsible for driving the adoption of data and digital tools across the Securities Services user base, to improve efficiencies, embed ways of working and enable delivery against the Securities Services strategy. This will include analysing and measuring the effectiveness of existing offerings and developing sustainable and quantifiable improvements.
This is a pivotal and exciting opportunity to help transform the securities services business.
In this role, you will:
- Lead engagement with clients and internal parties to promote the adoption of data and digital tools, and challenge the status quo to embed the strategic tools into current processes and operating model
- Enhance the product catalogue and marketing artefacts for data and digital tools by bringing in key use cases across different segments of the Securities Services client base (Asset Managers, Asset Owners, Broker Dealers, etc.)
- Engage with data and digital product teams to drive adoption of Securities Services' data and digital tools, thus increasing operational efficiency by reducing the need for manual processes
- Partner with other areas of the organisation involving Operations, Product teams and Client Management to build constant alignment and synergy between teams and business groups
- Establish a governance process to facilitate client engagement regarding the data and digital strategy and thus presenting suitable tools to fit clients' use cases
- Work alongside teams to help them embed new cultures and ways of working across their organisations, both among the leadership and their people.

- Ability to influence across an organisation, motivate and negotiate with senior leaders and partners and articulate to a broad audience
- Expertise in eliciting, analysing, prioritising and validating requirements and building partnerships with business stakeholders.
- Experience of driving digital transformation and continuous improvement programmes with a focus on capability maturity, agility and cost efficiency.
