In this role, you will:
- Support delivery of various initiatives in accordance with the Project Governance Team Methods, competencies and change management frameworks
- Establish a governance process to facilitate development of data and digital tools and thus leading suitable forums to mitigate risks and provide transparency
- Provide periodic status reporting and stakeholder updates on various programmes with a continuous focus on the overall programme health to bring them back on track as required
- Partner with other areas of the organisation involving Operations, Product teams and Client Management to build constant alignment and synergy between teams and business groups
- Work alongside teams to help them embed new cultures and ways of working across their organisations, both among the leadership and their people.
- Prior experience in managing and executing large scale programmes with a proven background in programme governance
- Understanding of data and digital capabilities is key to work with teams and key stakeholders within this area
- Expertise in building project artefacts for effective project management and tracking
- Ability to influence across an organisation, motivate and negotiate with senior leaders and partners and articulate to a broad audience
- Expertise in eliciting, analysing, prioritising and validating requirements and building partnerships with business stakeholders
- Experience of driving digital transformation and continuous improvement programmes with a focus on capability maturity, agility and cost efficiency.
