Role Title: Digital Channels Governance Lead
Role duration: 6 months (with potential to convert to perm)
Max salary: 90K per month depending on experience

  • Experience in Securities Services is preferable
The purpose of this role is to be responsible for establishing programme governance across the suite of Securities Services data and digital channels to provide transparency across various ongoing initiatives, to improve transparency across work streams and to drive effective prioritisation of client needs to be delivered through strategic tools.  Work closely with cross functional stakeholders including Operations, Product and Technology to drive the programme initiatives and manage stakeholder expectations to deliver results.

The projects worked on will be part of a wider programme of activity.  This is a pivotal and exciting opportunity to help transform the securities services business.
 
In this role, you will:
  • Support delivery of various initiatives in accordance with the Project Governance Team Methods, competencies and change management frameworks
  • Establish a governance process to facilitate development of data and digital tools and thus leading suitable forums to mitigate risks and provide transparency
  • Provide periodic status reporting and stakeholder updates on various programmes with a continuous focus on the overall programme health to bring them back on track as required
  • Partner with other areas of the organisation involving Operations, Product teams and Client Management to build constant alignment and synergy between teams and business groups
  • Work alongside teams to help them embed new cultures and ways of working across their organisations, both among the leadership and their people.
To be successful in this role you should meet the following:
  • Prior experience in managing and executing large scale programmes with a proven background in programme governance
  • Understanding of data and digital capabilities is key to work with teams and key stakeholders within this area
  • Expertise in building project artefacts for effective project management and tracking
  • Ability to influence across an organisation, motivate and negotiate with senior leaders and partners and articulate to a broad audience
  • Expertise in eliciting, analysing, prioritising and validating requirements and building partnerships with business stakeholders
  • Experience of driving digital transformation and continuous improvement programmes with a focus on capability maturity, agility and cost efficiency.
