This role is 100% dedicated to client management—with no new business development or sales targets. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional service, managing the full lifecycle of employee benefits programs, and ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
Your Role: As an Account Executive, you will act as the primary point of contact for a designated portfolio of clients, ensuring that their ongoing needs are met through effective relationship management, communication, and service delivery. You will also assist senior team members in supporting large and strategic accounts.
Client Relationship Management
- Proactively manage a portfolio of corporate and SME clients, focusing on satisfaction, retention, and smooth delivery of services.
- Act as the key liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring accurate and timely responses to queries and service needs.
- Lead the annual renewal process, handling policy updates, client communications, and documentation with precision.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure payment processing and compliance with operational procedures.
- Organize and attend regular client review meetings to assess needs and address issues.
- Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with clients and insurer partners.
- Oversee the full policy renewal cycle, including pre-renewal preparation and post-renewal follow-up.
- Review proposals thoroughly, ensuring clarity on benefits, exclusions, and key terms.
- Address and document client queries and escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Work closely with the administration team to ensure efficient processing and client satisfaction.
- Request and compile claims data from insurers on a quarterly and annual basis.
- Produce tailored claims reports and analyses for clients based on their specific requirements.
- Flag abnormal activity in claims data and liaise with insurers for clarification or further action.
