Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive M&A Corporate Finance Professional to join our dynamic team. This role will support and lead the evaluation, execution, and integration of strategic mergers, acquisitions, investments, and partnerships that align with the company’s long-term growth strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial modeling, transaction execution, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of the FinTech landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate potential M&A, investment, and partnership opportunities aligned with strategic goals.
- Conduct detailed financial modeling, valuation (DCF, precedent transactions, comparable companies), and scenario analysis.
- Lead due diligence processes including coordinating with internal and external stakeholders (legal, tax, product, compliance, etc.).
- Prepare investment memos, board presentations, and other materials to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with business units to assess strategic fit and integration planning.
- Track industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies within the FinTech ecosystem.
- Support post-merger integration efforts to ensure value realization and synergy capture.
- Partner with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field (MBA or CFA preferred).
- 4–7 years of relevant experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate development, or M&A advisory, ideally with exposure to FinTech or financial services.
- Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
- Deep understanding of M&A processes, deal structuring, and transaction lifecycle.
- Solid grasp of FinTech products, business models, and regulatory environment.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills; ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
