- Lead and mentor a team of account professionals, ensuring high-quality delivery and continuous development across client engagements
- Collaborate with key clients to shape and refine benefits programs aligned with their strategic goals
- Conduct and oversee in-depth analysis of health and benefits data, including utilization trends, cost forecasting, and benchmarking insights
- Ensure effective project planning and execution, proactively managing timelines, risks, and team coordination
- Act as a point of escalation and guidance for client and internal matters, ensuring timely and balanced resolution
- Drive operational excellence across benefit administration processes to maintain consistent service standards
- Foster collaboration with internal stakeholders such as Sales, Product Development, and Consulting teams to support integrated service delivery
- Contribute to the refinement of internal tools and methodologies that support client advisory and analytics
- Identify and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction
- Serve as a trusted advisor, offering technical and strategic expertise to support clients across various benefit-related initiatives
- Minimum 7–10 years of experience in employee benefits consulting, brokerage, or a related field
- Strong leadership skills with prior experience managing teams or mentoring junior staff
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
- Experience in health strategy design or flexible benefits planning is highly advantageous
- Demonstrated strength in relationship management and stakeholder communication
- Adept at navigating complex issues and finding practical, client-focused solutions
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a high-volume setting
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
