Key Responsibilities
- Manage corporate client renewals and maintain strong client relationships
- Negotiate contract terms and conditions with clients
- Handle client correspondence and inquiries professionally
- Analyze trends and develop retention strategies
- Coordinate between Sales, Customer Service, and Policy Administration teams
- Identify and pursue cross-selling and upselling opportunities
- Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of insurance industry experience
- Insurance qualifications: IIQE papers I, II & III (required), MPFA license (preferred)
- General Insurance or Employee Benefits experience is advantageous
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
