We are seeking a motivated and results-driven professional to manage a sizable P&C insurance portfolio across broker and agency channels. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving both top-line growth and bottom-line profitability, aligned with local and regional business strategies, target segments, and underwriting guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a personal renewal portfolio while actively sourcing and developing new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key brokers and agencies.
- Collaborate effectively with teammates and cross-functional teams to achieve shared objectives.
- Assist the Team Lead in formulating and executing strategies through actionable plans.
- Provide support on ad hoc tasks and projects as required.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, ideally within the insurance sector.
- Must have passed IIQE Papers 1 & 2.
- Demonstrated success in building and managing a profitable portfolio.
- Able to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
